Cancellation/Deposit Policy


I understand that sometimes plans change, and I want to make the process fair and easy for everyone.  Please take a moment to read the cancellation/deposit policy.


  1. Deposits
  • Deposits are taken for all treatments
  • Deposits are 50% of the treatment charge and taken at time of booking - this is to cover product costs
  • Treatments that require prescriptions such as anti wrinkle treatments may incur a higher deposit due to the costs incurred for the prescription. This is non-refundable as once purchased this product cannot be used for another client.


   2. Cancellation Notice

  • Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance for rescheduling and no loss of deposit
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours will lose 100% of the deposit
  • Cancellations made 1 week in advance will be refunded the full deposit - except for prescription treatments.


  3. No-show policy

  • If you do not show up for your appointment with no prior notification you lose 100% of your deposit.


  4. Emergency situations

  • I understand that emergencies do happen. If you are unable to attend due to a personal emergency please reach out as soon as possible and I will work with you to reschedule or offer you a partial refund based on the situation.


  5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed by myself within 2-3 business days of the cancellation request. Please note I have no control over the banks processing times.
